Service Agreements (Contracts)
Service agreements (or contracts) offer significant advantages over breakdown maintenance approaches. We offers a range of service agreements covering you from a single instrument to an entire system or site(s). Different levels of cover are designed to meet the needs of our wide customer base.
Contract holders also benefit from discounted spare parts, upgrades and training packages.
We operate a full field service organisation world-wide or you can opt for excellent return to base servicing. All service work is backed by a three month warranty.
Quite apart from this, all of our work is done within the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance framework, to which we are assessed annually.
- Preventative - This agreement is for scheduled maintenance at agreed intervals. The interval is determined on the application and the equipment that is in use.
- Standard ¡V This agreement covers both scheduled maintenance and emergency visits.
- Rapid ¡V Improved variation of the standard contract with guaranteed ¡§time to site¡¨ for emergency visits.
- 24/7 online - The ultimate service contract, with 24 / 7 support, direct engineer access, online support and software upgrades, guaranteed response times.
- Mix and Match ¡V These are service contracts that are tailored to individual users, and are a combination of some of the options that are detailed above, so rather than offer ¡§template contracts¡¨ we will work with you to construct a service contract that exactly meets your requirements.
